The equipment installed is called a kegerator and comes with a fridge, tap label, compensator tap, cylindrical font, keg coupler and mixed gas regulator. The equipment is 600mm deep, 600mm wide and between 830mmm and 870mm high. It can be built in or freestanding. SAB will cover the cost of the draught equipment and 3 weekly sanitising. Branded glassware 12x500ml and 12x330ml will be provided on installation. Further glassware will be provided based on sales.

Outlet Responsibilities:

1. Minimum sales volume of 80 Litres per month per tap. Keg orders to be placed through Real on Tap. 50l, 30L or 20L kegs will be determined based on location, cold storage and tap configuration.

2. My Mis 60 (60%CO2 and 40%Nitrogen) is used for Real on Tap beer dispensing. Cylinder options are 2kg or 10kg on rental from Real On Tap. Gas refills are charged at cost. Cylinder rental is charged at R50 per month per cylinder.

3. Real on Tap will provide a monthly statement of sales and invoicing for kegs supplied.

4. The outlet must have a valid commercial with liquor license liquor license.

5. The outlet must have adequate cold storage for the kegs.

6. The outlet must have a suitable location for the kegerator equipment.

7. The outlet must comply with all health and safety regulations.

8. The outlet must comply with all advertising and branding guidelines.

9. The outlet must not sell Real on Tap beer at a price lower than the recommended retail price.

10. The outlet must not sell Real on Tap beer in any other format other than draught.
